Year one: we build a platform of consistent, safe, weight loss and muscle gain that builds solid habits for the future. During this phase, we'll make sure you have the right doctors and tests and fire the doctors who aren't on your side. We'll work on a short daily exercise routine that helps you build balance and resilience. My team will keep you accountable and make sure we're always making progress. You might lose a bit of weight, but not too much, because with me, the weight you lose has to stay off. If it makes sense, I’ll come to you and we’ll do a full day of putting everything in place, monitoring, and getting all your equipment set up.
We deal with setbacks. There are always setbacks. They could be external, or they could be self-inflicted. No worries! We got this. We’ll get you back on track as soon as possible.

Year three: This year we'll train harder. In June, we'll start in Chamoinix, France, and walk the Haute Route to Zermatt, where we will climb the Matterhorn. You'll be carrying your own gear on your back.
