Rucking
Rucking is a great way to build bone, muscle, balance, and endurance. Rucking packs are not backpacks! They are not for travel. They are for carrying weight on a walk or a hike or a rucking race. The weight should be held high and close to your body. A little weight goes a long way! Start with a 10-pound vest and you can add that to your pack later. In my view, a ruck pack must have a waistbelt, which you can decide to use or not. If you want to add weight to your exercise, get a vest.
