Resources

I’m not your doctor. My job is to coach you to increase your healthspan. Peter Attia says he’s not taking any new patients. So here are more resources. Some of these may become partners in the future, some may be competitors, but at the moment I’m not affiliated with any of them. I hope they help …

Medicine 3.0 doctors

Most of these clinics medicalize longevity too much. Very few of them put exercise first the way Peter Attia does. Some of them may be helpful, but none of them does real coaching.

Academic research clinics

Northwestern University

Princeton Longevity Center

Stanford

Columbia

Private clinics

Rebel Health Alliance — online doctors. They have a health coach but it looks very minimal.

SuperHuman — doctors plus fitness trainers

Wild Health — they have several different levels.

SuperPower — digital doctors plus support. Here’s an article describing them.

Longevity Health — yet another longevity concierge.

Optimal Human Health — Dr Doug Lucas has online communities, consulting, resources, and much more, all focused on bone health.

Mito — stands for Mitochondria. Another Attia-inspired high-end clinic that hasn’t launched yet.

Elitra Health — exclusive doctors in New York City

Marek Health — online Rx platform for hormones and other meds. They claim to be pro-active and progressive.

Scala Precision Health — they want to use DNA and treat each patient as unique. They focus a lot on diet.

Function Health — online lab tests

Life Force — more online lab tests

Biograph — a longevity health clinic in South San Francisco that I believe has something to do with Peter Attia, he may be an advisor or investor, he may have been at one point, I’m not sure. Very premium.

Fountain Life — 4 locations, expensive

Here’s a list of other doctors — I have no idea who these doctors are or what they believe/practice, but if you’re looking for a new doctor, this list may give you a head start.

Osteoporosis

Optimal Human Health — Dr Doug Lucas and his team are a fantastic resource. You can watch his videos, take his courses, or become a client to optimize your bone health.

The Bone Clinic — run by Dr Belinda Beck

Dr Jill Ritchie — she’s good, but she doesn’t recommend calcium supplements. She recommends getting calcium from foods, especially green veggies. I agree, but many people don’t get enough, so I’m with Doug Lucas and recommend taking AlgaeCal Plus. She also is adamant about not taking statins and not eating red meat, and I think you’re better off listening to your cardiologist than Jill about statins and red meat. She could well be right about acid blockers.

Orthopedic injuries

Dr David Geier is an orthopedic surgeon and anti-aging doctor in Charleston, South Carolina. I believe you can get him for a telemedicine visit but not sure.

Longevity coaches

Lance Hitchings is a longevity coach with a remarkable transformation story.

Menopause

Hack my age — Host of the Hack My Age podcast, Zora Benhamou helps women thrive in their 50s and beyond with a strong, natural approach.

Tennis Elbow Classroom — Allen Willette shows you best practices for treating your elbow pain.

Rehab

E3 Rehab — they are evidence based. They present up-to-date information about recovering from various types of injuries.

Aging support

Coaching Aging Adults — they do life management support, not health coaching.
