The Infinite Game of Life
Brain fog

You're not imagining it

You can still do your job. It just costs more than it used to. You lose the word you were reaching for, read the same paragraph twice, keep a tab open and forget why.

People tell you it is normal for your age. They are right. It is normal. But you don't have to be. Like other common conditions that hit people in their 50s, you can reverse this.

Three different reasons for the same fog

Kathleen in Arizona is sixty. She spent too many years worn down and foggy, and she pushed through it without complaining. Then she had enough. She found a good urologist and started estrogen replacement therapy. It gave her back her energy and her focus, and she got strong in the gym besides. We made a video, and I asked her what she would tell other women.

I had brain fog, fatigue, couldn't get through my workouts, low libido, mood swings, night sweats. I would have gone to see a specialist earlier, had my hormones checked, and gotten on hormone replacement earlier than I did. I felt like I was behind, and I could have felt a lot better a lot earlier.Kathleen, 60, Arizona

Aaron went a different direction entirely. He had tried everything, and the thing that finally worked for him was a hyperbaric oxygen chamber. I would not have guessed oxygen. But that was his, and he found it because he kept trying things.

John's fog came in with covid and never lifted. We're still working on it. It's a process of elimination and learning. He knows better how to avoid it, but not completely. Some causes take a long time to find, and we are still looking for his trigger.

Brain fog is not one thing

It's a syndrome, not a cause-and-effect disease. It can come from your hormones, your sleep, an old infection, your blood sugar, and places most doctors never check. There is no single pill for it, and anyone who offers you one is guessing.

My offer

Let's get to the bottom of it

Set up a time to talk with me. Tell me what's going on with you, and we'll get to the bottom of it together. I only work with five people at a time.
