The Infinite Game of Life

Divorce

We are not lawyers. We are project managers. We are a team of experts who have helped hundreds of women not only overcome the legal challenges of high-net-worth divorce (such as asset deprivation and legal threats), but the practical, financial, and emotional challenges that come with it. We have worked with quite a few high-net-worth clients getting divorced to manage their assets and give them peace of mind.

This page gives you an overview of what we do. To get the full story, watch the webinar and book a call to talk with us.

For divorcing moms

Divorcing moms usually need support in the legal process, organization, and project management. Professional moms may need all the help they can get just to get through the week. Our goal is to help you get the best outcome possible, including your fair share of the assets, while spending more quality time with your kids.

For divorcing dads

Divorcing dads usually need more help with kids, housing, domestic issues, and organization. Dads may carry a lot of other responsibilities, or they may just need to get better at managing kids and schedules. They often need help catching all the little things they normally do but no longer have time for.

Dads, we made a webinar just for you.

What we do

We are your divorce project managers. We handle all the details, scrutinize all the documents, get second opinions, hire investigators or specialists, and take charge of executing the process. We keep you informed every step of the way and work with you to make sure nothing gets dropped.

We are your meta-advisors. We help you decide which lawyers to use and how to use them. We help you find the other lawyers, consultants, and resources you need to maximize your results. Most lawyers mean well, but they are busy people with many clients, and they often miss small things that turn out to matter to you later.

We advocate collaborative divorce when possible. A collaborative divorce is a formal process in which both parties and their lawyers agree not to use the courts, or threaten to use them. It is not possible in every case, but you should try to convince your spouse of the benefits, especially for the children.

We build your divorce dashboard. We use Notion to create one place where all your documents, resources, timelines, schedules, notes, and agreements live. It lets us share with others easily and keeps everything on track.

We help you prepare. There are a lot of details to manage. We work with you to chase everything down and pull it into one cohesive package.

We script your time with your spouse. Agree on new patterns of interaction. You do not want the old patterns repeating themselves. You want your kids to see both parents getting along and handling the divorce well.

We help you spend more time with your kids. Children need more attention during a divorce, not less. Sending them to a counselor or psychologist is often counterproductive; their needs are personal, and they do not express them well. Give them your attention, and create special memories that go beyond the routine. The more special things you do together, the more they will remember.

We set goals for you and your kids to achieve together. Goals matter for kids. They get kids off their phones and into action, preparing for a big day, a big presentation, or a big event. Pick a big goal together, like a trip, a climb, or an event, and start a training program months ahead. Get them working toward something big, so they remember the project, not the divorce.

We build a post-divorce family structure that works. Kids need continuity. They will see both parents often, and they need to see mom and dad getting along. This does not happen by accident. It takes planning and the same commitment you bring to a collaborative divorce. Written agreements help, along with an integrated schedule and clear processes.

There is no magic recipe for getting through it, but there are people who can help, and being prepared is half the battle.
