Something is waking you at four in the morning
You are awake at four in the morning with your mind already running. Or you fall asleep fine and surface at two, then three, then four. You have tried the apps, the melatonin, the podcasts, and none of it holds.
Franco was fit, ate well, and still couldn't sleep
Franco found me by typing the word longevity into the Stanford alumni directory. He was in good shape and ate well, and his sleep was still terrible. He had tried plenty of things on his own, and none of them had worked.
We went through it the slow way. Several things we tried did nothing. Then we found the one that unlocked it. He now sleeps a solid seven hours a night.
Sleep is its own syndrome
It is rarely one problem. It is usually a chain of factors feeding each other, and they are hard to pull apart, which is why the apps and the single fixes fail. What works is going through the possible causes and testing them one at a time, throwing out what does nothing, until you find the thing that actually unlocks it.
Let's get to the bottom of it
Set up a time to talk with me. Tell me what's going on with you, and we'll get to the bottom of it together. I only work with five people at a time.
